Tefal are doing £100 off their big-boy-pants air fryer, £119 down from £219.99.

I've ordered one, as I find my smaller one a bit limiting at times.
Cor. That’s a good deal.

They do work , its just getting the dog to realise it - for us we put the mat down on the spots where she liked to go lie down so she just walked over and lay on it without quite knowing what it was , and once she got the idea that it was cool she would then often walk to one of her favourite spots and then wait for us to put the mat down for her to lie on :-)
I'm not sure she's quite grasped this yet :DD

We have found her using it properly three times this evening though :)
It's a chonky boy
That looks like one of my kitchen units in Animal Crossing.

So, what you cooking for us all?

I’ll bring pickles (that I just made)
… with my handy dandy wavy knife I bought just to make pickles.
Looking brilliant, Dimmers. Looking forwards to seeing it along with the owl when it’s healed.
An expensive cordless drill. I have a lot to Festool gear but avoided the drills as I couldn’t see the advantage that warranted the expense. However, their interchangeable heads are an absolute game changer. The angled and eccentric heads are so useful and like all their tools, very well engineered.
A couple of video-game that everyone has been on about..

Oh, and a new ipad.
A old iPad Air 2 for £46 to play with some synth stuff and Ableton Note.
It’s in superb condition!

Synth One (pictured) is a free app, and after having a mess on my iPhone for a while I wanted it on a bigger screen.
Nice! I could do with an old iPad to use in the office for music & stuff. That was a bargain.
It shows how old you are when your birthday present to yourself is a new sofa...
That's a nice sofa!

Ours that we splashed out on is going to need reupholstering before too long, annoyingly - we've only had it 4-5 years.

First time I've ever thought in terms of reupholstering not replacing though!
I bought a small kinder like model of gundam in s Korea for findus the youngest. Now he wants an action figure that's more toy like (like a transformer, not a kit). Any ideas from resident gundammers?
I bought one of those air fryers…

Ah fab, thank you. There are a couple of ideal options there. Unfortunately I'd already got a smallish figure from toys r us(!)..will see how that goes, but suspect i still be visiting that site again. Thank you.

A new 2tb hard drive.. I would take a picture, but it's installed now and I'm ashamed of all the dust inside my PC.
Some nice headphones.
A CD that is signed by the band.

I have no way of listening to this CD unless I am in the van.
A Donkey Kong toy from Worcester Carnival that we somehow ended up at instead of a National Trust place
Four tickets to Taylor Swift.
Probably not smart to put a photo of them on here, in fairness.
2 new ones today.
Is there a story behind the prawns?

I wish they’d make some kind of human pillow and mattress that would stay cool. I hate hot nights.

A little late I know, but they sell something like this in Costco.
I must of read that four or maybe five times before realising you meant they sold human mattress coolers, not pet dogs.

OK, well, just a warning. If you're out and about and you notice that any Elves you pass in the street are sniggering, it's probably because the tats don't say what you think they say.

Outdoor clock.jpeg

Every picture tells a story.

The clock on the right is not working. The face of the clock on the right that is facing the house IS working. That is probably the 5th such clock we've bought since we moved here and on every one, the clock facing the garden has failed, while the one facing the house has continued to work. Each new clock we bought failed sooner than the previous one. Last year, in exasperation, I bought a clock very much like the one on the left, except that it was a dirt cheap one from B&M Bargains that I hoped would be more reliable. It was OK for a few months, but then the hands were slipping on the spindle and moving erratically, or not at all. I managed to open it up and tried pushing them back on to the spindle and this worked for a few weeks and then failed again. So I recently bought a better one.
Gave in after the garage man put a leftover tiny upgrade in the car for free, fancy big air intake and some pipes arrived today.

Now to leave it in the box unused for a few years!
Bought new bedroom stuff and decorated.
Confidence. For 3 Euro 29.
I hate football, but even i can see the joke about Gascoigne, confidence and rosy fruits.

Yes it is.. The coffee and cups are in the unit. It is very lazy, but i can have coffee in bed.

I just need to drill a hole, so the cable can go out the back.
