Time is short and eyelids are heavy, so this is a slightly abridged version of this thread for the week.

SCORES!

Image

Loads of points shared this week.

LEAGUES!

Image

With three weeks left, Mimi and Bluecup need an arithmetic anti-miracles not to qualify now, but the remaining six tickets to the knockout stage are still very much up in the air. If I get more points than Nik in this week's vote, I've also bagged a place, but if we draw level it could still be a tie. Other permutations of what might happen also apply to other groups.

THEMES!

No time to compile the big votes table, but all zero of its fans might like to note that it'll return next week. Time to reveal the final themes for Week 9 (week ten having a predetermined theme of 'Christmas', of course).

GROUP
A - "Decay and Isolation" (Nirejhenge)
B - No theme
C - "Songs with whistling in them" (Craig)
D - "Inappropriate songs for a funeral" (WullieOoster)

Interesting tracks sure to be made there, I am sure.

The next round of voting threads to open within the blink of an eye. A huge eye made of concrete, but nonetheless.

Which foils my plan for coming last now. Can I not win either way?

Yeah, I has that accolade! I wants me a wooden spoon.

I'd also like to say thank you to Runcle for Deerhoof. It wasn't very bouncy so you didn't get my vote, but it was very good.
