I scored a points! And correctly identified mimi's entry! Initially I was unsure which was Markx's entry but after his rabid shouting about Grandaddy it was pretty obvious it was his. Also it was pretty easy to work out which was Plissken's once voting started..

I'm running out of ideas. I suspect another "soundtrack this moment" theme for week 8.

The deadline for picking a theme is midnight next Tuesday (because that's when people can start picking songs to go with it), but if you can choose one earlier than that it will give people the opportunity to choose two weeks of songs at once. That's always quite handy for people unable to visit the forum in any given week.

Speaking of theme's, BeEx's resident theme machine Plissken has chosen the Group A theme for week eight. "One Hit Wonders." Should provide for some interesting choices, I'm sure.

Fascinatingly one track immediately sprung to mind. Not sure why. Perhaps because I heard the Elastica version of it not long ago.

Haven't you heard it? Anyway Aqua could hardley be considered a one hit wonder even though Barbie Girl was the biggest hit the others were popular too.
