Some belting, albeit largely fairly dour, tunes in this lot.

I'm amazed the Fightstar tune's not getting any love, I liked it a lot. If it had actually ended when it pretended to it would have nipped third for me.

For the record, and I don't think there's anything wrong with bigging up the tracks we like when they're not our own, I bloody love that track by Those Dancing Days, and have just bought the album. The Song Wars will save the record industry, you just wait.

Also this: I would like to marry each one of Those Dancing Days. Yes.

I have been informed by *NAME WITHHELD* who uploaded the Fightstar track, that the music after 4:28 is actually a hidden track on the CD that couldn't be removed for uploading.

I really liked the Fightstar track too. Also, Hope of the States and Those Dancing Days.

I'm confused why the demo version of 'Far Out' was chosen - I love the album track, but this is a mess.

OH NOES!

OK, if everyone could mentally add an extra point to that song's total that'd be lovely.

I can wipe out your votes if you want to vote again, but I don't think it's going to make much difference in the grand scheme of things.

Pleasantly surprised by that Josh Ritter song, enjoyed it muchly even though he's not someone I've paid any attention to before. WELL DONE FOR SERVING YOUR PURPOSE, BEEX SONG WARS!

That was my original plan, then when looking for that on youtube, I heard the demo version and really REALLY liked it.

Oh well.
