I was underwhelmed, but I will stick with it. The flashing x-rays (err. . . butterfly, apple, frog I think?) what were they about? I think that the JJ Abrams link is a bit suspicous - is he involved just to add credibility or are the other two writers well known? (Any thoughts on Burn Notice and Bre...

There are so many wonderfully ornate and elaborate Victorian stations dotted around South Wales, they really are a legacy of a massive investment in splendour, that the Victorians did so well. :hat: I especially like the growth of sea-side stations such as Barry Island that grew off the back off cit...

Also, am I going mad or does no-one drink gin anymore? That's because G&T is a nice sunny day drink and as this year's summer was cancelled there simply wasn't the opportunity for anyone to quaff G&T. There are people still drinking gin - we have 3 x 1 litre bottles of Bombay Sapphire in ou...

For a moment I thought that this thread was a concerned with a week long celebration of ginormous lady mounds, oh how diasppointed I was. However, for the Egg House it has got to be Fallout that will be joining the ever growing pile of games that I wish I had more time to play. After the original Fa...

Well, I think that I'll stroll to Game at lunchtime and grab a copy. Hopefully I'll get a chance to install and roll a character this evening. I'll let you know which server and char name in due course, and possibly my first thoughts. Although I am very lazy so this may not happen. I hope WAR is not...

Of future MMO's, only Warhammer Online looks promising, but seems doomed to tragically inherit WoW's griping, childish playerbase. Well WAR is released today . . is anyone planning on giving it a go? I'm tempted. Is it worth identifying a preferred BEEX server (realm?) for those who may be consider...
