I would have gone with Dance Dance French Revolution - Use teh supplied dance mat to mimic the struggle of the French royals on their way to the guillotine.

Or maybe Dance Dance Cultural Revolution, where you use the dance mat to root out reactionary bourgeois and destroy anti-revolutionary thought, to the thumping soundtrack of socialist anthems!

I think they actually released a Godfather 3 game, which was some sort of side-scrolling shooter, which was pretty ludicrous.

You could re-work Schindlers List into Concentration Camp Tycoon - a low budget PC game where you are the Commandant of a Concentration Camp.
